okay yeah wtf was this about??

Dude I got yelled at in 7th grade for this and I was like “sorry my mom was drunk at 7am”

We had to go stand out in the yard in the blazing sun if we didn't make it in time for assembly

My mother had to talk to the teacher about my drunk father making me late so that was fun

and it would always be my dad's fault because he'd be screaming that we aren't getting ready fast enough & we'll be late and he would work himself into such a rage that he'd pull over on the side of the road to turn around & scream some more which ????

In grade school I had this crippling fear of being late to class so I'd be up at 5am and I'd yell at my hangover dad until he got up and he hated me so much for it but nobody else could bring me to school so

He still made me late/almost late a few times and I'd get so mad at him for it because i Iiked being at least 1-3 hours early to class and id it wasnt for him i would've had a Spotless tardiness record (yes im that extra). before my uncle moved away he used to bring me to school and we were always early.
