[mute/mental health] Anyone ever just have their mental health abruptly take a nosedive?

Because I went from 'I'm coasting and okay with that' to 'surprise what if you tried to not be alive anymore' in less than a heartbeat yesterday and I am struggling to scramble away from that darker place

I can say that I'm not in danger of doing anything.
