This "WE" thing is ne I greatly dislike.

At work it's usually like "We need to make sure that...", meaning "anyone but me has to ..."

one of my favorite lines "How are we feeling today?" "Well, judging by the way you look and the way I feel, I'd say we're in trouble!"

Yep, I've usually hated we when used in that context.
