one time when i was a very small kes i went with my family to....vegas? i'm gonna say vegas

and we stopped by a shopping mall!

i followed my parents into a small drugstore so baba could get some stuff and there was a teddy bear display so i went over to check them out and the next second i turned around and they were gone

there was a security guard right outside too, so of course i, being a very smart and brave young kes, went back to the teddy bears and pretended i was definitely not lost or in need of scary uniformed police

one recent animal encounter: upon coming home from work today i found rufus lying in his second favorite nap spot immediately blocking the gate

when he saw me come in he grunted in an unwilling sort of manner and moved his front paws just barely enough to let me in
