finished the 2nd section of my actuarial study guide. there's 5 more to go, but the first 2 sections are like 40 to 50% of the content and the main portion of the test, so i should be able to knock out the rest by the end of June if I pick up my pace a bit, which puts me in a good position to take the test in August

I'm feeling...fairly confident so far. once I get to practice exams it should be better. But this is the 2nd exam, which I feel covers the easiest concepts compared to the rest.

it's still tricky though, because it's all financial math, and there's lots of things to take into account. Thankfully though the financial calculator is actually helpful in this one, as opposed to the first exam which is all probability

also mentioned to my mom about wanting to sell asap once I get my test passed, and she seemed to be agreeable to that. I'll need their help to get it in shape, but it should be doable.
