.........I don't remember this, so I might have bailed before then which actually makes me sad. To this day, RP is just a life long search for good horror games for me.
SO I KNOW THIS IS A HORROR STORY PLURK BUT THIS IS THE ONE THING THAT MADE ME REALIZE WE PLAYED TOGETHER BEFORE HOLY SHIT!! I WAS JOSUKE!! I DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS YOU
then you get the co-mod who was super spiteful to players who got to be the sole mod when i stepped down and they changed every password before i was even officially out
my Ancient History horror story was the time some bitch playing Axel tried to run me out of a game because i was taking their Ship Time with the Roxas by being a villain by....... saying i was ooc.... and admitting they didnt know the canon in the same cOMMENT
DWRP's attitude toward mods is so bitchy and entitled. I'm not surprised that there's been such a game drought. People want to anon mod or run private, invite-only games and I genuinely can't blame them.
Yeah, that can be a problem, too. One thing I've noticed is that DWRP seems to think that every mod must have infinite creative energy and ideas at all times and it's like, honey, modding just doesn't work that way.
but with panfandom, I don't feel comfortable judging apps for things I'm canonblind in because I don't feel qualified? and it's unreasonable to expect a mod to be savvy in every canon out there.
I've thought about trying to run like an small panfandom thing but I haven't been able to get past how I would process apps in a way that would minimize future headaches.
yeah, that, the personality section, abilities, and samples would give me the information I'd need to be able to clear an app even if I was canonblind, I think
andi i very much remember carvaka's events fondly like that's part of why i'm so surprised there was shit around (though surprised is not the right word because people are entitled so that's bound to happen)
fuck this shit, we out
time to start a patreon
