Earlier I noticed a burning smell in the air like... you know a fire in a forest. I thought it was in the street somewhere cuz there are many houses but I didn't see smoke or anything. So I was sure it wasn't ours but we heard Sirens so it was close. Well, it was an apartment building about 5 minutes from here. 5 people in the hospital with smoke poisoning.

Dunno why, but fire scares me more than anything else. I'm one of those that reports when doors are locked, or exits blocked, or whutever. If I see an emergency vehicle (lights/sirens) you'll find I've always left myself room to move out of their way if I'm driving.

Squeak =^..^= : yeah in 12 years of childhood the apartment building we lived in was on fire 7 times. We moved after that and the new house didn't have that issue. But whenever I smell smoke I still get that little panicky tension and nervousness

I am so scared of fires too, so paranoid
