i thought many have seen this, but perhaps i saw it outside plurk.
a reminder for people who are doing ok in life that not everyone gets handed the same privilege, and it's best not to assume that things are "easy" for other people to do. once in a while everyone is guilty of this.
just earlier i got reminded while watching the news that small advantages means a lot. turns out many filipinos that are deemed "pasaway" kept going out of their homes lacked one necessity a majority of us here have. a simple "refrigerator". we can argue that they it's a simple investment many of us have made, but to these people it might not have been easy.
