+ a suspicious tweet of Gaiman saying he knew nuzzink about all this. And they are horrible teases HORRIBLE
God, I hate when I get an inkling that one of my favorite things is going to possibly maybe actually legitimately could-be get a continuation without an outright confirmation, 'cause then I just get my hopes up and more often then not, nothing comes of it.
I feel like they're maybe talking about something cute for the 30th anniversary of the book, which I know people have been asking for a reading/audio book, or for Gaiman to give us more short stories. Idk that there's actually talk of a sequel
...You know what...if they just wanted to make some...30min-1hr "episode" add-on that's just Neil's fanfics with those two being dumbasses, I would be absolutely all for it. XD
I mean. Logistically speaking, also, idk what Tennant is doing right now, but sheen has to be not blond for Prodigal Son, so I can't imagine them donning the outfits and everything, much as I'd enjoy that.
If it's a sequel and it doesn't include a bit with Crowley and Aziraphale holidaying to America and Aziraphale taking notes on porography in hotels I will be mighty sad.
The fog of time sure is a thing. I rea the book in high school and one of my LJ friends and I went 'THERE'S NO COMM HOW IS THERE NO COMM' so I made one.
like.... AT church... With my best church friend who was my Aziraphale. We were waiting for voice lessons my mom was teaching and their mom was taking to conclude
I played Crowley for a bit also in the 2008ish time frame, and then stopped for a while around the migration to DW, and then the TV show was announced and I knew he'd come roaring back so I made a journal accordingly.
Yeah, same here. Honestly, Good Omens kind of "gave me permission" as it were to abandon the Faith that was forced on me and become an antitheist agnostic
I almost made the mistake of starting Discworld from the beginning, and letting the slow start turn me off. Then I gave Hogfather a chance to win me over again, and it worked.
Not that I wouldn't have gotten there on my own, lbh.
