Tony Hung come from China to HongKong in 1985. He has been jailed for 45 months for a chopper attack on 3 people at a pro-democracy "Lennon Wall" in Tseung Kwan O. All 3 victims were taken to hospital with chop wounds, with one left in a critical condition for a while.

The judge saying the defendant was himself a "victim" of the anti-government unrest.
