(puppy notes) he whines but never barks - with one exception. Ho boy the pig toy upsets him. He does not like it, not one bit. He barks and backs away and cries when he sees it. I think it might be the eyes? But man... We've had him now over night and he does nothing but whine, nothing made him bark, not birds or other dogs or new smells, but THAT.

He heard another dog barking today and was very confused and upset by him and ran away with a tail between his legs. So I am going to really make sure he isn't scared of other dogs.

bite inhibition training: so upon further reading about this I started doing it today and teaching my mum how to do it, and yes my hands are a mess of bites, but even with a day he's come so far!

I have also made so made so many stupid yelping noises

however exposed toes when we are walking outside is still impossible to resist for him to chase, but we are going well on it so far!

but even now, when he goes for my face or my nose, not in a bad way, just in a playful puppy wants to lick my nose kind of way, he does really good for softening the bite so keeping it up as he gets along

.... on the other he just bit me so hard I bled because he was playing whilst over stimulated and there is no help for that

he learns only that HE SO EXCITED
