Jon’s I was neutral about but Dany made 10000000% sense. Every episode she threatens to burn things to the ground and the people around her reined her in but by King’s Landing those people were gone

there's a bunch of lore from the books that they basically ignored (and yes, it's difficult to cover it all) although they did touch on it a bit. prophecies about this prince who was going to come and basically save Westeros, and that was Jon. his existence started a war (although no one knew that) but he's hugely important in the lore of the show
