[Board Games] Also I'm pettily annoyed because I lost at Star Trek Ascendancy because I picked Federation but would have stomped if I'd picked Klingons again.

I got two planets right off the bat that I couldn't colonize because I drew pre-warp civilizations from the Exploration deck on both and then I spent the whole first part of the game raking in more Production than either of the other two players.

With Feds I got stuck sitting there with my shitty weapons and military advancements but with Klingons I could have loaded the board early on, jacked up my weapons and military advancements and stormed the board.

So blech. At least I know Federation isn't my jam.
