another navigation code!!

this one does that anchor link thing, so when you click on a game in the left side nav, you'll get more links on the right side

for those this is too much for (because i'm nothing if not Extra) or who aren't in multiple games, there's a version that just has the left side nav

also yes one of these days i will tire out and stop spamming you but this is not that day
