That gave me an idea of rollin' up some cheese in an omelette like that and slicin' it sushi-style. Wonder if it'd stick t'gether like that?

BTW, for anybody who didn't know already, Japanese mayonnaise is NOT the same as any American form. It's got a sweetness to it, IIRC.
