Had been sick this last week and yesterday, fever, cough. Was mostly gone yesterday, but called sick to be safe. Couldn't reach anyone at work to find out what to do, so I went in and before I punched in or touched anything I found the store manager to ask what the procedure was now.

They sent me back home until Telehealth clears me to come in. Which I definitely think was the right choice, but the telehealth line is so swamped, it's not looking like i'll get through today. I don't want to get anyone sick, i really hope they just advise me to self isolate

They will likely either tell you to self isolate or go get tested.

they are only testing people who they are sure have been exposed to people who have tested positive where I am currently. but yeah, i'm good with self isolating.

our national website self assessment tool is real confusing, because if you haven't been out of the country or DIRECTLY exposed, it just is like 'stay home as long as you have symptoms' . But the government is saying to self isolate for 14 days if you have any symptoms at all.
