Good morning. I start working second shift tomorrow. That will give me more social distancing at work and a 10% pay bump. Also, it will get me away from some of the petty antics of my department. These are not my people.

the plant I work at makes medical supplies, so we are unlikely to close unless there is a virus outbreak at the facility. I don't really like my work much, but it has good benefits and I can listen to books. So that's something.
