[covid-19] WELP GUESS WHO JUST GOT DIRECTED TO SELF QUARANTINE

I took the doggos for a walk before he got up and towards the end I was a little over it but I was blaming allergies and an extra long walk

he was very much struggling though so we called urgent care and they said come in

they sent him to the ER because his surgery was so recent and dizzy and chest pain but they did an EKG so it wasn't like he was having a heart attack

ER won't test him because he doesn't meet all of the requirements to be tested (no fever right now) but said we should both self quarantine for two weeks

they did some kind of test and said his lungs aren't showing covid symptoms but still to stay at home

but anyway I'm sitting in the car waiting for him to get his discharge papers because no visitors system wide so I couldn't even go into urgent care with him

his oxygen is fine, this doctor is convinced he has covid-19 for sure but it sounds like he's still not gonna get tested

yeah they still won't test him for covid-19 but apparently were like "well they're setting up drive through sites you can get tested at"

I have a friend in canada who has literally all the symptoms of covid but they refuse to give her a test because she has no direct contact with a confirmed case. I get we're cherrypicking because we don't have tests to go around but my god.
