traffic is a constant, it tapers off about 12-2 am

traffic in stores like walmart is I would say a normal but less busy (packed) during 10-12, they change shifts at 11pm so there is a backed up lines then. this is non covid traffic. Orlando walmart is fucking crazy late at night, like packed parking lot.

I dunno. our people and state police in my area were told to go on the calls they were assigned by dispatch and DO NOT go looking for trouble. if you see a crime in progress by all means do it. but don't pull someone over for a busted light.
