[work/queer shit] so, first of all, my carpool driver/recommendation decided to get blazing drunk last night all up to 3 in the morning at karaoke

him and the guy i carpool with, who's a construction worker at the plant

yet the other guy was somehow fine enough this morning

but the driver just. called out today. because he got drunk on his karaoke place.

can you imagine just.... being able to do that....

anyway, onto the queer shit portion of this plurk

so that left just me and Construction Dude basically borrowing the whole ass truck, and he got to chattering

and he told me about how he had this gay friend of his back somewhere (arizona maybe???) who was a super good friend, he supported him at this drag club etc

how they went to his brother's wedding or something some years later, the friend had kind of gotten a lot more quiet and tired but had felt perked up at CD encouragnig him and reminiscing about old times, etc

which was nice on its own, and then he talked about how he thought his daughter was starting to "show interest in the same sex"

so what he wanted to do was introduce his daughter to his friend at some point
