Yes, there has been a slower spread in some countries. I hope it continues. China is nearly stable for several days. However, as more testing kits become available worldwide, more tiny island nations are confirming their first cases.

We’re only testing cases in hospital (although that doesn’t seem to apply to politicians). The confirmed case numbers aren’t telling the whole story.
