I read a more detailed story about South Korea yesterday, that credited their good results to a high level of early testing and the fact that the infection rate was more concentrated in a younger demographic.

johndiii : I saw a similar story. It said test everyone be cause young ppl with mild cases that go undiagnosed are a big cause of the spread.

As far as testing goes, that is where we dropped the ball. As soon as it was clearly going to get put of China (which was clear more than two months ago), we should have put a crash priority on developing an producing test kits.
