My collection so far: Asuna and Kirito from SAO, KH3 Sora, Riku, and Kairi (w/Keyblades), Vanitas, Boo from Monsters Inc, Grumpy Bear, and Bulbasaur. There's also KH 2 Kairi but she falls over a lot so sometimes I don't count her.
