[valor] by the way roll20 script users: turns out there's a BIG BUG regarding healing techs!!

in Valor, Soldiers and Flunkies heal half as much HP with healing techs

so if it would do 40, they only heal 20 instead

but if you use the auto HP updating

then it will say "Heals 20 HP" in the chat

but still give the target 40 HP
