my personal hot take is that this also applicable in reverse - if people are riffing on a thing that they were frustrated by then there's nothing for anyone to gain by jumping in to talk about how it's actually good

I can see maybe, maaaybe if it’s a specific point on a thing and you feel like you have some insight that maybe they missed, it might be okay as long as you leave it to that point, but if they don’t like it you’re being obnoxious to jump into their plurk to tell them they’re wrong.
