since few days ago my VPN speed connection dropped from usually 20 Mbps to now only 1.5 Mbps, can't event stream 1080p video properly.

so I tried speediest from here to US, it's indeed very slow

oh wait, turn out only VPN that connect to VPN server for streaming.
