i have a crazy idea for a post p5 scenario in which the kuzunohas have taken in goro akechi and he's the consultant for the newest raidou kuzunoha and their partner, so he's basically the narumi of the game, doomed to be confined in the office forever

I forgot there were random encounters on the streets. Which begs the question of how Raidou is fighting them? I know that most people can't see demons, but does that mean most people just see him swinging a sword around willy nilly?
