Hand Sanitizer Recipe
1/3 cup of aloe vera gel, 2/3 cup 99% rubbing alcohol, optional essential oil for fragrance (lavendar, vanilla, etc.)

The rubbing alcohol should be 60% or higher; you can't buy 99% off the shelf

The finished product, the hand sanitizer should be 60% alcohol.
