asks what the heck a silky whisky is. Whoever wrote that lyric has never had whisky. (or we don't have enough experience between the lot of us).
Arbieroo
well, Google Translate probably hasn't drunk any alcohol whatsoever...
JessicaKoala
Well, true...
JessicaKoala
Though... Sometimes it seems like it probably has. Mind you. Last I looked, don't even try Chinese poetry in Bing Translate. Google doesn't do a great job, but at least it's understandable. Bing (just Chinese to English) it is probably worse than this.

JessicaKoala : (thinking) Google Translate is just a drunk person playing pranks?
JessicaKoala
Sometimes...
JessicaKoala
Actually, a lot of the time, it's enough to be able to understand. At least, if you don't do, "English>French>German>Esperanto>Korean>English"
Arbieroo
maybe there's someone at Google who sneakily turns off the algorithm and just types random stuff, sometimes...
Arbieroo
people still learn Esperanto?
JessicaKoala
In fact, it is usually enough to understand. Otherwise, "English> French> German> Esperanto> Korean> English"
JessicaKoala
Jes
Arbieroo
is that Esperanto for "JessicaKoala?"
JessicaKoala
No, Esperanto for "Yes".
JessicaKoala
Said much the same way.
Arbieroo
so in Esperantoland, you'd be Yes-icaKoala?
JessicaKoala
With the J letter it would be a Y sound (like yes, not like Yli-Rasku) but it could be "Ĝ" could be used to get the similar sound as the "J" in Jessica. But the "i" in Jessica isn't really available at all.
Arbieroo
cheapskates! Why wouldn't they pay for an "i" sound?!
JessicaKoala
Yeah...
JessicaKoala
Well, short i...
JessicaKoala
Long I is there.
