Good morning! and happy Friday. Had a minor hiccup last night in that I made a very minor change as an emergency update and it caused a program to fail. The whole company went into panic mode except the person who fixed it and me.

The fix was to simply delete an obsolete entry in a table. That entry was put in 5 years ago and conflicted with my change. That entry should have been deleted 2 years ago but with all the changes, I'm sure the person responsible for that was let go or forgot.

So I have been tasked with documenting a process so this never happens again.
