[MH][Prescription meds]

So, in order to get a prn that isn't a not-covered-by-medicaid 60 USD antihistamine (for... panic/depression?!), apparently I need to go and find a list of every medication that medicaid WILL cover and give it to my psychiatrist, because I absolutely have time for that on top of everything else.

I FOUND a 2019 Medicaid formulary and it claims this antihistamine is covered for anxiety (SURE, WHATEVER) but since it obviously was NOT I don't trust this document

Finally found a 2020 one but it's 195 pages and the only non benzo options are buspirone and something that turns out to be a literal tranquiliser, so maybe not,,

I guess I better hope buspirone works

Because a tranquiliser is the opposite of what I need, I have bottles of trazodone still if I just want to knock myself out. Shit, my antipsychotic does that for me.
