Same.. i am someone with anxiety.. and I am grateful for people who don't make it feel like I bother them.. but I had to learn it for myself when dealing with other people with anxiety

And people who refuse with "how else will you learn?" will only make sure that next time I avoid doing that thing with that person because now it's a thing and it's infinitely more anxiety inducing.

A simple thing is, when I go to a new place, I need someone to come with me. Doesn't matter if it's the laundry room in the building or if it's fucking Taj Mahal, I need someone there. Next time I can go alone because you came with me the first time.

Never had this happen before, but will remember your post if it does occur.

To me its adorable, and something nice I can do for someone who is nervous. Its nice to be needed, and its such a simple thing that can make some close to you very happy.

I'm so thankful Mr. Paw never makes me feel bad for struggling and he always notices when I do well too.

Heather/Sanura🦩 : same for Michael.. it's so good to have someone where you don't have to worry about it

My niece is like that, she has severe anxiety and my sister often belittles her for it. She often hears gems like "I don't know how in the hell you'll function when you're older".
