I dont think I'll have Lobco encounter Osse but she will definitely be out saving people when floods start happening. I will have to ask the mods if the effect the orb has on sea dwellers extends to the whole flooding and if Lobco can use her magic to help others breath

then again I'll be vacationing for the first two weeks of March so I shouldn't take on too much
