so this lady comes in and gives me two numbers. the first doesn't work, the second... isn't even attached to her account. and i'm like "well if you want to change it you can go online..." "why should I have to do anything? its my number, its my account, i signed up for it with that number."
i told her that since its not attached to her name and email its not hers and she wouldn't be getting the points since the person who has the account has a verified email
but she's still mad and then she's like "you know you really need to get your stuff together" or maybe it was "this store needs to get it together" either way idk
