I'm starting to wonder if investing in some sort of sleep aid will be worth it. At least on the random nights I can't seem to stay asleep for longer than 40-60 minutes at a time.

Because they seem to be happening more frequently and I'm not sure I can blame loud traffic for last night.

You could try ear plugs to test whether it's really the noise or something else/just sleep rhythm that's waking you
