Found this floating in my inventory. I'm a lazyshit and can't remember how to make an applier so.. fuck it. It's L$3.

BoM works just like old layers do it just puts it on mesh bodies instead of system bodies just so you know for the future

Yeah I just. have no idea how it works, so I'm not speaking on it lol.

I also don't know about how tinting anything like this works? It's out of my experience area and so I just tossed in the textures for people to have fun with.

yeah you just do like you do with any other layer product, make it mod and they can edit it in the layer panel

its basically a tattoo layer just like the old ones, does everything the old ones do. you don't have to learn anything new to make BoM layers
