And man, I would not mind Doctor/Jack. There's always been love there, and there might have been something more romantic between them in earlier days, if Rose hadn't been there, if Jack weren't a fixed point. But there's so much there, for the Doctor, so far, the love has been platonic and not romantic.

also, I don't know where that newspaper got their info. I've seen 99% of people on social media screaming in gleee about the last episode. Much less of the teeth-gnashing and vitriol-spewing then I saw last season.
