good morning. Got 4 hours of sleep last night. Doing my day job right now, but multitasking on the server migration issue still. We rolled back the 2nd server. Still working on problems with the 1st server.

Now spec'ing out a new server. 8 CPUs, 128GB of RAM....

I'm really nervous designing a new system on the fly as a reaction to issues.

This will be a huge infrastructure and process change.

Wow...talking about hot swappable (scalable) on the fly. Can add CPUs and RAM as needed.

The 2 hour server migration that ended up taking 26 hours and still having issues is going to happen again on Monday. It might be faster this time as most of the data connections are already in place. Hopefully they won't delete all the encryption keys and log in passwords this time. Also adding 3 additional database. 1 is exceptionally huge.

One server got swapped over. The other one got rolled back. That caused other connectivity issues.
