[booze] welp... doing a shot of hard liquor is so far the best treatment for these super bad cramps

alcohol is so stupid expensive in seattle, god

but it's so far the only thing that is interrupting the crazy cramping cycle that happens

I tried that stuff that you swish in your mouth that is supposed to interrupt muscle cramps... and all it did was change the nature of the pain and then kill the top layer of skin in my whole mouth lol....

but the couple of times that I've just taken a shot in desperation, it has helped within minutes
