Housekeeping updates!

The world changes tracker is now up to date! This is a quick reference if you want to keep on top of what major new things may have been added or changed at a high level

The full setting descriptions have now been moved into a Google Doc!

Thank you SO MUCH to a small army of friends who helped me put this together! It is so so appreciated

I'll be getting some people to help me try to keep these a little more up-to-date in the future (so if you'd be willing to be part of the update-by-committee group, fire me an email at tothefixedstars at gmail)

The main thing I still want to make over the next week or so is a better quick-reference post for (a) what 'weird / atmospheric / mysterious things' have happened all in one place, as well as ( a reference page for all the status effect stuff in one place.

I'm very open to ideas for how to make things more accessible for playing with as there's a lot of stuff now
