for those lost ^ when 10 was regenerating and his body settling he was out for most of the epsiode and Rose's mum spilled some tea in the Tardis and that finally woke someone up

but srsly 30 minutes of a 40 minute epsiode - someone is just sleeping

which does happen sometimes with The Doctor after the body just changing
