[dreams] Had a pretty straightforward dream last night, but I'd be interested to hear other interpretations.

I had a dream where for some reason I was putting things away and throwing things out, old posters, trash, things like that, trying to make room for other stuff (one piece of which looked like a perfect little altar setup made out of an old lacquered tree stump. it was very cool-looking)

but as I was cleaning, in another part of the room, a little candle had caught a piece of plastic I had left near it for too long, and started a small fire. After running over and putting it out, I got back to work, but as I was, a medium-sized white dog came around the corner and sat down in front of me. It let me pet it, but looked over my shoulder

and started to whine

it was then I realized I hadn't actually put out the fire, and after I did get up and actually fully did so, the dog was gone.

So, pretty straightforward, "get your shit together and stop your self-destructive habits before bad things happen", right?

that's the only part I can clearly remember about it, but the dog and the fire really stuck out to me so I think I can take it pretty much as some kind of sign.
