ayos kasi to, i tried everything. naayos, then nagupdate nanaman pala windows, i went to the forums, mukhang yun problem. there hasn't been any new driver from a4tech, last year na yung huling update

walangya, windows locked the webcam settings. kahit baguhin mo sa GUI, no effect

i think i know now. the built in camera control is overriding with the hardware provided one ... problem is the built in one doesn't have exposure & white balance control :/

That’s the problem with my laptop , it automatically updates. Then pahirapan pa to turn off the automatic update/s ☹️

pwede mo i-off sa update & security. yun lang wala na yung perpetual off, may limit na sa one month
