how can such a small area of one's mouth hurt in such an intensely distracting way

Every time my stupid wisdom teeth start to come through i am reminded just why toddlers are lways in the worst moods

i turn into a big baby child when my mouth pain gets really bad

AND IT HURTS SO DAMN MUCH I AM SO CRABBY!!!

this is probably a terrible idea, but it's what I did: what about putting a nice round hard candy (like a lil jawbreaker) between the two sections of gum where the teeth are growing in and just sort of "chewing" it

it's kind of uncomfortable, but it helped my wisdom teeth come in faster

just bite down repeatedly

when i had that problem i sucked on ice to numb the area myself also did a lot of saltwater rinses to keep it clean cause that kept the pain down

actually you know what, maybe don't, now that I'm thinking about it I realize mine may have just come in stupidly painless in comparison

oh yeah saltwater rinses help a ton

u can even buy mouthwash that's all mixed up and doesn't taste like ass

Oh actually we have a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash maybe that will help

if it's definitely just eruption pain in the gums over them and not issues with decay or infection or trapped food/plaque then peroxide probably won't do much, saltwater/ice/ibuprofen's gonna be your friend

Yea i took ibuprofen finally and it seems to have worked... Thankfully

freeze some grapes or smth.
