After 1.5 years there are still days when I forget how little I can actually eat. I just made supper and was lucky that Michael was hungry too because I couldn't even eat half of it. 😂😂

Don't get me wrong. I can eat more than in the beginning (though it depends on the kind of food) and if I spread it out it is no issue to eat more too, but it's still only a fraction of what I ate before surgery. A very small fraction. And that is good. But I still forget when I cook something I really like haha

I have to adjust my cooking when the older kids go back to university. I cook for an army and always end up with so many leftovers.

Yup....it’s amazing really. However I’m several years later and I find that I’m still tending to eat too much. I still get that “full” feeling but I ignore it. I’ve kinda messed myself up with it. Don’t fall into my trap. You’re doing so much better than I ever did!
