I wound up going to a lot repeat viewings of mediocre movies in my tweens/early teens for whatever reason so I saw Batman Forever something like 8 times
i didnt see batman forever in theaters but my cousin was obsessed with batman, and i cannot tell you how many times she'd watch it while we were at my grandma's house
it's been so long I don't really remember. I know I saw all the LOTR movies multiple times, and all the Prequels I saw at least twice. but as an adult I don't have the same disposable income as I did when I got 20 bucks a week for allowance
yeah the ticket prices here are ridiculous matinees are like 8 bucks and up until recently the cheap seats had these terrible seats that were so small that I literally had to sit like, sideways on one asscheek while the arms pinched into my waist and that was not a fun way to watch a movie
I think my top two are the first Captain America (I like weird prosthetics and Hugo Weaving gdamnit) and Hot Fuzz. Hot Fuzz probably wins? I forget specifics but I remember going at least three times.
With Cap (Chris Evans is also nice I will admit) I saw it once at the local two-screen/pizza place, then another day went to go see Cowboys and Aliens, then walked back up to the ticket booth and got another ticket for Cap and just. Sat there eating pizza and having a gosh darn good time
Man from UNCLE I saw 3x
