TMI of the illness sort

I am so glad that today is a day off and I'm not in until tomorrow afternoon.

Because I spent all night going back and forth to the bathroom.

Not throwing up, thankfully, but having to pee. Which is a sure sign that I have a fever these days.

Sending husband to the store after he finishes work because I forgot sweetcorn for the tacos.

I never learned to put corn in the tacos; we found this stuff that was corn with peppers that we put in this thing with black beans and salsa with chicken.

Anyway, yeah, I learned to make tacos from my mom. Who mostly used the corn as a way to make the meat go further.

why would you make tacos without corn

Quite probably. But, like I said, I fully admit I make white girl tacos. (I got a racist annoyed at me one time at a party by describing them that way. Because, "Why would it matter if you're white or not?" And I'm like, "No Hispanic person in the history of man would call what I make tacos."
