I've got one on my throat that was a lot more visible when I was young. People always asked if I had a burn and now when people do notice it, its always "is that a hickey"

I used to have mine where a tram stamp tattoo would go, but they thought it was cancer so they took it off. The scar isn’t nearly as noticeable was the birthmark was.

It was really big and bumpy and had like three different kinds of hair on it. I’m glad I don’t still have it, even if the scar is a literal pain sometimes.

Also I’m SUPER pale so you can’t see most of my scars, even though I have a fairly big one on my face.

I've got a couple spots, but the big one sounds similar to yours, mine's between my chin and my throat and I've gotten the hickey question about it, too.
