Had a bit of a scare yesterday.. Major pain in the abdomen came on suddenly and I almost passed out.. Couldn't walk well. Had to call 911 again. After 3 hours in the emergency waiting for tests to come back it turned out to be a torn muscle in my lower abdomen. After ice and heat treatments the swelling has gone down and its only mildly painful.

Thought for sure something happened to my bowel again.. No idea how I injured the muscle.. Was not doing much of anything at the time... Getting old sucks...

Glad I don't have to pay for ambulances. Third one this year...

I will be better when this year ends.. Been a bad one.. Seems Every year ending in 9 has been bad going back to 1969.

This is probably my worst year yet. And I'm not sure when it's going to get better. But I guess I should be grateful that I'm still relatively healthy.
