Tina's basically about the whole thing

I also love when she discusses why she gets involved with them

She's lived in MF long enough to know how bad some of her peers have it, and she's wondering what would make someone turn to a gang

And while she does volunteer and help where she can, it's been a big dose of reality to learn there's not a whole lot she can do to affect real change
